SnapMark Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize Voice Reporter AI for voice transcription, speaker diarization, and automated AI executive report compilation.

2. 100% User Ownership of Transcripts & AI Reports

You retain sole and exclusive ownership of all audio recordings, generated speech transcripts, speaker logs, and compiled PDF executive reports created using Voice Reporter AI. SnapMark Pro claims zero copyright or ownership over your content.

3. Audio Recording Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable wiretapping, eavesdropping, and consent laws (including two-party consent jurisdictions) before recording third-party individuals or public meetings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Voice Reporter AI is provided "as is". While our neural transcription engine achieves 90%+ accuracy in optimal acoustic environments, SnapMark Pro is not liable for errors resulting from severe background noise or audio distortion.
